Updates

The last two months have been quite busy.  After the wedding, we took a short trip to Oregon, packed all of our possessions, and moved said possessions into storage. 

Then Michelle moved to Philadelphia for an internship while studying for the bar.  Jon stayed in Iowa City to finish his dissertation, which was postponded a bit due to the flood.  So now Jon is doing a short detour in Philadelphia before going back to Iowa City in two weeks to officially become “Dr. Beard.”

After that, Michelle will move to a horse farm in New Jersey to start her one-year judicial clerkship and Jon will be moving to D.C. to work for the Department of Education.

And we’ll end this post with a picture from the honeymoon.
